Sky Daffodilling

Down by rocky crags
the sun slips past horizon.

Watching the sky daffodil-ing,
we primrose,
a splattering of hillside heather
blankets the eye.

Wishing to suffocate,
we drink in the air, cold and wintered,
and get lost in the green-white sea.
